  • Charoli - 1 TBSP (Optional)

  • Non-dairy milk - 1 cup (hot)

  • Saffron - 8-10 strands

  • Cardamom powder - ½ Tsp

 

Method
  1. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes in half. Wrap them in aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until soft.
