Ingredients For Vegan Masala Bread
- Onions - finely chopped - 1
- Tomatoes - finely chopped - 1
- Capsicum - finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- ginger garlic paste - 1 TBSP
- turmeric - 1 Tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Pav bhaji masala - 1 Tsp
- Vegetable Oil - 1 TBSP
- Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Vegan Butter
- Finely chopped cilantro
- Pav
Methods -
- In a pan and heat it up. Add cut onions and saute till the onions are translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute or 2. Add cut capsicum and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cut tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and saute till tomatoes are nice and mushy.
- Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder , pav bhaji masala and adjust salt to taste. Mix well. Add 1-2 TBSP water and saute for another couple of minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- In a pan add vegan butter or vegetable oil , 1/2 Tsp pav bhaji masala , finely cut cilantro and mix well. Place the pav on butter and toast them lightly from both sides. Place the 1-2 Tsp masala on the pav. Add finely chopped onions. Serve Hot.
