Ingredient For Vegan Lasun Sev Recipe
- Garlic cloves - 8-10
- Water -
- Besan / Gram flour - 2 cups
- Ajwain / carom seeds - 2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
- Red Chili powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander - cumin seeds powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil - hot - 1/3 cup
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Vegetable oil for deep frying.
How To Make Lasun Sev Recipe
- In a grinder add garlic cloves and 1 Tbsp water and grind into a smooth paste.
- In a bowl add besan , turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander cumin seeds powder , ajwain , salt to taste. Mix well. Add hot oil and mix well.
- Add the garlic paste to the mixture and mix well. Add warm water 1 TBSP at a time and knead into a sticky dough.
- In a kadai , heat the oil on medium flame .
- Once oil is hot. Using a sev maker , shape the dough in thin noodle shape and deep fry till golden brown .
