- Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 Tsp
- Tamarind Paste - 1 TBSP
- Jaggery powder - 1 TBSP
- Vegetable oil – 1 Tbsp
- salt to taste
- water to adjust consistency.
