Apple smoothie – 

Ingredients: For Vegan Apple Smoothie

  1. Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  2. Melon seeds – 1 TBSP
  3. Non-dairy milk – 1 cup
  4. Apple – 1 – roughly chopped
  5. Dates -2 – 3 

Mango smoothie – 

Ingredients : For Vegan Mango Smoothie

  1. Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  2. Melon seeds – 1 TBSP
  3. Non-dairy milk – 1 cup
  4. Mango – 1 roughly chopped 
  5. Cardamom powder – 1/2 Tsp
  6. Dates  – 2-3

Banana smoothie – 

Ingredients : For Vegan Banana Smoothie 

  1. Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  2. Melon seeds – 1 TBSP
  3. Non-dairy milk – 1 cupz
  4. Banana – 1 – roughly chopped
  5. Flax seeds – 1 Tsp
  6. Dates 2-3

How to Make Vegan Smoothie Step-by-Step Instructions 

  1. Soaking oats – To a bowl each add oats, melon seeds and 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk. mix well and let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Apple smoothie – Add roughly chopped apple 
  3. Mango smoothie – Add roughly chopped Mango , cardamom powder
  4. Banana smoothie – Add roughly chopped banana , flax seeds
  5. Add dates to each, remove the seed. Dates also act as natural sweetener, hence not need to add any sugar.
  6. Individually add to grinder jar , add remaining 1/2 cup non dairy milk and blend it into a smooth smoothie. 
  7. Extra – I topped the Apple smoothie with saffron for added flavor.
