- Gajar - grated - 1 cup
- Muli - grated - 1 cup
- Beetroot - grated - 1 cup
- Cilantro - finely chopped - 1/3 cup
- Sugar - 1 TSP - optional
- Sesame seeds powder - 1 TBSP - optional
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 Tsp
- Jeera / cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Hing powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Curry leaves - 4-5
- Green chillies - 1 or 2 as per taste

- Mix the grated carrot , muli and beetroot , salt .
- For the tempering, heat the vegetable oil. Once hot add cumin seeds , hing powder , green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the tempering to the mixture. Mix well. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro . Serve with parathas , rice dishes or just as a salad.
