- Spinach leaves - 1 cup
- Besan / Gram flour - 3 cups
- Ajwain / carom seeds - 2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
- Red Chili powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander seeds powder - 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1 Tsp
- Hing powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for deep frying.

- In a grinder add ajwain , spinach leaves and grind into a smooth paste.
- In a bowl add spinach paste , turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander cumin seeds powder , salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add besan a little at a time and knead into a sticky dough.
- In a kadai , heat the oil on medium flame . Once oil is hot. Using a sev maker , shape the dough in thin noodle shape and deep fry till golden brown .
