  • Hing powder - ¼ tsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

  • Heat a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add hing powder and tomato puree.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt to taste, and give a quick mix.
