Ragi- Known as finger millet in english one of Indias super food. High in calcium and fibre. Keeps you full for a longer time. . Usually included in diet in summers as it helps your body cool down.

Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 1 and 1/2 cups
- Powdered sugar - 1 cups.
- vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- cardamom powder - 1 Tsp
- raisins - 1 TBSP
Method -
- To wok add vegetable oil. Warm it up.
- Add Ragi flour. Saute on low flame till it turns golden brown and releases nutty flavor.
- Let the mixture cool down. Once warm add sugar , cardamom powder , raisins. Mix well. If you feel the mixture is too dry add 1 TBSP non-dairy milk.
- Make into small or medium size balls . Optionally garnish with your choice almonds or raisins .
