- Rice- Ambemohar/ Basmati – 1 TBSP
- Water – 1 cup
- Almond Milk / Any non dairy milk – 3 cups
- Sugar – 2 TBSP
- Nutmeg powder – ½ TSP
- Mango pulp – ⅓ cup

- Wash rice . Soak in water and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Remove the water from rice. Grind the rice into a coarse texture.
- Add the milk to a pan and get it to a nice boil.
- Add the grinded rice to milk. Mix well. Cook till the rice is fully cooked. Keep on stirring in between . Make sure the Rice does not stick to the bottom.
- Add sugar and mix well. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring.
