Ingredients: For vegan dates kheer Recipe
- Rava / Suji - 1 cup
- Dry dates powder / Kharik powder - 2 TBSP
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Almond milk / any non-dairy milk - 2 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1 TBSP
How to Make homemade vegan dates kheer recipe Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a pan heat add vegetable oil on medium flame. Once warm add suji. Roast till suji starts releasing color and changes to a nice golden color.
- Add dry dates powder . Roast for another 2-3 minutes. Make sure the mixture does not get burnt.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add non dairy milk and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes. If you want add additional milk to adjust consistency.
- Serve hot.
