- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp
How to Make homemade vegan Laccha Rabri recipe Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium flame. Add Soy milk and bring it to a nice boil. Lower the flame and simmer till you get a layer of fat / cream . Now using a spoon or spatula collect it in a bowl.
- Within some time, it forms again and similarly sticks it to the sides. Continue doing the same till you reach ? of its original quantity.
- Keep stirring frequently to make sure milk does not stick to the bottom. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Mix the collected cream back into rabdi mix . Give a quick mix . Serve hot with Puri or as a chilled dessert.
