- Kakadi - finely chopped - 3-4
- Cilantro - finely chopped - 1/3 cup
- Sugar - 1 TSP - optional
- Sesame seeds powder - 1 TBSP - optional
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 Tsp
- Jeera / cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Hing powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Curry leaves - 4-5
- Green chillies - 1 or 2 as per taste
How to Make Gluten-free homemade kakdi koshimbir Recipe Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix the finely chopped kakadi , salt and optional sesame seeds powder.
- For the tempering, heat the vegetable oil. Once hot add cumin seeds , hing powder , green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the tempering to the mixture. Mix well. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro . Serve with parathas , rice dishes or just as a salad.
