  • Cilantro - finely chopped - 1/3 cup
  • Sugar - 1 TSP - optional
  • Sesame seeds powder - 1 TBSP - optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 1 Tsp
  • Jeera / cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
  • Hing powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Curry leaves - 4-5
  • Green chillies - 1 or 2 as per taste

How to Make Gluten-free homemade kakdi koshimbir Recipe Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Mix the finely chopped kakadi , salt and optional sesame seeds powder.
  2. For the tempering, heat the vegetable oil. Once hot add cumin seeds , hing powder , green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Add the tempering to the mixture. Mix well. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro . Serve with parathas , rice dishes or just as a salad.
