- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add grated lauki (bottle gourd) and saut for about a minute.
- Pour in non-dairy milk and cover the pan with a lid. Cook on a low flame.

- If desired, add almond flour and mix well. This step is optional and can be skipped for a nut-free version.
