Dry fruits modak is a healthy and delicious twist on the traditional Indian sweet modak. This version of modak is made with a filling of finely chopped or ground dry fruits, such as figs, dates, almonds, and pumpkin seeds, which are mixed with a touch of cardamom powder to add a fragrant aroma. The outer covering is made with a mixture of rice flour and vegetable oil, which gives the modaks a soft and crumbly texture.
