  • Melon seeds - 1 TBSP

  • Charoli - 1 TBSP (Optional)

  • Non-dairy milk - 1 cup (hot)

  • Saffron - 8-10 strands

  • Sugar - ⅓ cup

  • Cardamom powder - ½ Tsp

 

Method
  1. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes in half. Wrap them in aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until soft.

  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them.

  3. Heat a pan on medium heat and roast the melon seeds (and charoli, if using) for 1 minute.
