Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables: 

  1. Vegetables of your choice - 2 cups 
  2. Olive Oil – 2 TBSP
  3. Tandoori Masala - 2 TBSP
  4. Salt to taste

Method for Grilled vegetables- 

  1. Preheat oven at 400 Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, add vegetables. I have taken bhindi, sweet potato, cauliflower and capsicum. Add Olive oil, Tandoori masala, salt .  Mix well. Make sure all the vegetables are nicely covered with masala. 
  2. Take a baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Spread the vegetables on the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 deg Fahrenheit. 

Ingredients for Spaghetti in creamy Tandoori sauce:

  1. Noodles – 1/2 pack – You can use Gluten Free Noodles for gluten free option
  2. Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
  3. All purpose flour or corn flour - 1 TBSP
  4. Non-dairy milk plain - 1 cup.
  5. Tandoori masala - 1 TBSP
  6. Salt to taste.

Method for Spaghetti in creamy Tandoori sauce:

  1. To Cook noodles – add water , 1 Tsp salt and 1 Tsp oil to a pot. Let the water come to a boil. Add noodles and mix well. Let the noodles cook till they are just cooked or have a bite to them . Strain the excess water and wash the noodles with cold water .
  2. Heat a wok on medium heat . Once hot, add 1 Tsp olive oil , all purpose flour or corn flour and saute for a minute. Add 1/2 cup non-dairy milk , keep stirring and make sure no lumps are formed. Let the all purpose flour or corn flour cook . The sause turns thick. Add the remaining 1/2 cup non dairy milk. mix well. 
  3. Add tandoori masala , salt and mix well. A perfect creamy sauce is ready. 
  4. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
