Ingredients For Gluten-Free Muli Paratha Recipe
- Mooli / Diacon - grated - 1/4 cup
- Green chilies - paste - 1 Tsp
- Coriander cumin seeds powder - 1 Tsp
- Finely chopped cilantro or finely chopped fresh mooli leaves - ? cup
- Corn flour - 1 cup
- Salt to taste .
How to Make Delicious Gluten-Free Muli Paratha Recipe : Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix the grated mooli , Salt . Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Add green chilies paste , coriander cumin powder , finely chopped cilantro and mix well. Add corn flour and knead into a soft dough. It should not need additional water to knead.
- Take a butter paper and place it on a rolling board. Take a dough ball and put it on butter paper and start flattening the dough into the circle with your palm like you are making a thalipeeth. Apply some water on your palm while making roti.
- Heat the griddle or pan on medium low flame. With the help of butter paper pick up the roti and place it on the griddle . Apply oil and roast on both sides till it gets nice golden brown spots .
- Usually plain makki roti is served with sarson ka saag , but this masala or paratha version can be served with saag , vegan curd or vegan butter of your choice.
