Ingredients Vegan Elaichi Icecream
- Coconut evaporated milk - 1 can
- Coconut Condensed milk - 1 can
- Cardamom powder / Elaichi powder - 1 Tsp
Method For Preparing Elaichi Icecream
- In a mixing bowl , add coconut evaporated milk. Whisk it to a homogeneous mixture.
- Add condensed milk and again mix it well. Add cardamom powder and mix.
- Pour the mixture in a glass container and cover with an airtight lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 7-8 hours.
- Serve with fresh cut fruits , warm brownies or just with a sprinkle of tutties fruity.
