Ingredients Vegan Elaichi Icecream

  1. Coconut evaporated milk - 1 can
  2. Coconut Condensed milk - 1 can
  3. Cardamom powder / Elaichi powder - 1 Tsp

Method For Preparing Elaichi Icecream

  1. In a mixing bowl , add coconut evaporated milk. Whisk it to a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add condensed milk and again mix it well. Add cardamom powder and mix.
  3. Pour the mixture in a glass container and cover with an airtight lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 7-8 hours.
