- Besan / Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 TSP
- Mustard seeds - 1 TSP
- Vegetable oil 1 TSP
- Hing powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 TSP
- Red Chilli powder - 1 TSP
- Coriander-cumin powder - 1 TSP
- Salt to taste
