Ingredients - For Cake Pre-Mix
- Maida / All purpose flour - 2 cups
- Powdered sugar - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 1/4 cup
- Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
- Baking Soda - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Method - For Cake - Pre-Mix
Add all the ingredients and sieve them to make sure there are no lumps. Mix well and store in an airtight container.Vanilla Cake from Pre-mix -
Ingredients -
- Cake Pre-Mix - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - cup
- Non-dairy milk - cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 Tsp
Method -
- Preheat the oven at about 150 c/300F.
- In a bowl add cake premix , oil and add non-dairy milk as needed. Mix well and make sure there are no lumps. The batter should not be very runny and should be of pouring consistency.
- Add vanilla essence and lemon juice and give a nice mix.
- Pour the batter in a greased baking tin. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer or toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool down completely and then remove it from the baking tin.
