Bhindi Stir Fry Ingredients
- Bhindi / Okra - Medium -15-20 - cut into small pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 TBSP
- Hing Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 TBSP
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves, chopped - for Garnishing
How To Make Bhindi Stir Fry Step By Step Instructions
- In a pan , heat 2 TBSP oil on medium heat. Once hot , add hing powder. Add the cut bhindi. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and saute for another 4-5 minutes.
- Add dry masalas , turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well and saute for another 5-6 minutes , till the bhindi gets a nice crispy texture.
- Serve hot with Roti of your choice . Makes a good choice for a side dish with curd rice or lemon rice.
