Ingredients
- Besan / Chickpea flour - 1 cup
- Nachni / Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1 Tsp
- Raisins - 1 TBSP
Methods
- To a wok add vegetable oil. Warm it up.
- Add besan / chickpea flour. Saute on low flame till it turns golden brown and releases nutty flavor.
- Let the mixture cool down. Once warm add sugar , cardamom powder , raisins. Mix well.
- Make into small or medium size balls . Optionally garnish with your choice almond or cashew nut .
