Prepare 2 slices of bread, ¾ ripe medium avocado, 2 tbsp vegan parmesan, and a pinch of a red pepper flake. You have to toast the bread slices first and then top it with ripe avocado, vegan parmesan, and chili flakes. It is a healthy breakfast option to jump-start your lazy morning.

  • Strawberry, Orange and Pineapple Smoothie

Take a cup of water, 1 cup of chopped pineapple, 1 orange, and 6-7 strawberries and blend them all in a blender. Keep it refrigerated for a few hours to drink fresh and cool. It takes just 10 minutes to make and keeps you full till lunch.

  • Peanut Butter, Banana and Coconut Toast

All you have to prepare is coconut flakes, bread slices, peanut butter and bananas as ingredients. Cook the coconut flakes on medium heat until they turn brown. Spread the peanut butter on bread slices, add banana slices and coconut flakes on top, and finally toast them. Eat them handy on the go!

  • Blueberry Overnight Oats

Take a cup of oat milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp almond butter, and 2 tbsp blueberry jam and mix it all. Consider mixing it all in a jar and keeping it refrigerated overnight. You can also add fresh blueberries and almond butter on top as frosting.

  • Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

All you have to do is soak up ½ cup oats the night before your day, add ½ cup dairy-free milk, peanut butter, and ¾ tbsp chia Seeds and you are set! If you like your oats to be a bit wetter then you can also add more milk and flavored syrups to them.
